Central Academic Registration Department
The Central Academic Registry Department (CAR) has the mission of ensuring the academic processes of the University, to guarantee the quality of the services offered to the student body and teachers, as well as to the general public, guided by the ethical values of the dignity of the human person.
This Department is responsible for monitoring, supervising and operationalizing the teaching policies defined by the higher bodies, for the standardization, execution and supervision of activities related to the registration of the academic life of the University's students, in coordination with the Secretariats of the Organic Units, including the Academic Directorate to which they are subordinated.
The CAR presents the following organizational chart:

1. Academic Registry Office
The Academic Registry Office is the sector where students, teachers and the general public relate to the institution.
The tasks of the Academic Registry Office are:
a) Attend to its users and provide requested information;b) Receive, register and forward files to the competent sectors or entities.
c) To ensure the conservation and correct use of the teaching facilities available in the institution;
d) Register candidates for entrance exams.
2. Registration and Control Area
This area includes establishing the link between students and the institution through enrollment and enrollment.
This area includes the process of sending student documentation (certificates) at the beginning of each academic term for the purpose of confirming authenticity with the relevant institutions.
3. Undergraduate Area
This area includes activities such as surveying the academic record to verify the students who have completed the curricular part, for the purpose of defending the work at the end of the course, as well as for the realization of special exams. In addition, the activities of issuing certificates and diplomas are part of this area.
4. Statistics AreaIt is incumbent on this area to produce statistical data on students, academic activities in close collaboration with the Organic Units for later submission to the Ministry of tutelage.
5. Archive AreaIt consists of the constitution, updating, classification, archiving and conservation of students' individual files, as well as other documents related to the student's academic life.
